If you're having trouble submitting your rebate, please ensure you following the following steps.

  1. Visit the redemption website exactly as you see it on your receipt or promotion instructions form. It is important that you enter this web site address directly into your internet browser to visit the site. DO NOT enter the web site address into a Google search or any other search spot. If you're in the right place, you should see a variation of the screen below.

  2. If requested, enter your 5 digit unique Promotion Access Code (referred to as your "Access Code") in the field labeled "Enter Access Code Here" and click the "Validate!" button.

  3. Once validated, you will be taken to the second step to enter your information, which look like the screen below. You will need to enter all required fields. It is important that your email address matches in both the "Email Address" field and the "Confirm Email Address" field. It is also important that your phone number matches in the "Wireless Phone Number" field and the "Confirm Wireless Phone Number" field. When selecting your purchase date, you will have to click the "OK" button on the bottom right of the date picker to ensure your purchase date has been selected and inserted into the field. You will also need to ensure you select the correct product as shown on your purchase receipt. If the product you select does not match your uploaded receipt, your rebate will be denied and you will have to start over with your submission.

  4. To upload your photo, follow the instructions in the box on step 2 using a mobile device or your desktop computer. The receipt will need to contain the receipt date, the retailer name, and your product purchased. A receipt missing information will be denied and you will have to start over with your submission. You may only upload one photo so for long receipts, please zoom out or cut your receipt in two pieces and place them side by side to take your photo. If you receive an error that your file is too big, please first visit http://tinypng.com and upload your image there. It will make your image smaller and allow you to save the smaller version for use on our redemption site.
  5. You can then ensure your checked the box for our online acknowledgment. You will also need to pass our systems CAPTCHA box. To do so, click the grey checkbox next to "I'm not a robot". It will try to verify automatically. If it is successful, you will see a green check indicating you have passed the CAPTCHA. If not, it will ask a series of questions for confirmation such as "Select all images with a store front". You would then select them all and click the blue "Verify Button". You may have to do several of these. Again, once verified, you will see a green checkbox.

  6. Once this has been done, you can click the submit button on the bottom right or your screen to submit your rebate for review. You will then be taken to a confirmation page indicating your rebate is processing.
