You must do the following to be eligible for this offer:

You will have 5 business days to respond with the needed information to dispute our determination. No dispute will be accepted after May 15, 2020.

Once 3 consecutive payments have been made within 100 days, and all other offer requirements have been met, including eligible devices purchased and rate plan requirements, you will receive an email notifying you if your submission is approved or denied.
Q. What if my TV arrives damaged?
You will have 5 days to report that your TV has been delivered damaged. Any issues with your TV after 5 days should be addressed with LG Electronics. Please contact LG at 1-800-243-0000.
Q. Why is a signature required for delivery of the TV?
Due to the value of the TV, a signature is required at the time of delivery. This requirement will ensure that your TV arrives to your address and tracks when, where and to whom your TV has been delivered.
Q. When will I receive my TV after it has been approved?
You will receive your TV within 4-6 weeks after it has been approved
