LG is offering a $25 Virtual Prepaid Visa via participating Dollar General Store locations to consumers that have purchased a Phoenix 4 Plus a $35 or greater airtime card between the dates of 11/17/2019 and 12/28/2019.

 

How do I redeem this offer?

  • To redeem, visit the redemption site at www.LG25DG.com  

  • Enter all required information, including:

    • Name (first and last)

    • Phone number

    • Email address

    • Store address where purchased

    • Purchase date

    • MEID of phone

    • PIN number from your AT&T airtime card

    • Upload a photo of your Phoenix 4 and $35 or greater airtime purchase

      • Receipt must show Dollar General, Phoenix 4 purchase details, $35 or greater airtime card, and date of purchase

 

Can I submit for more than one qualifying purchase?

There is a limit one (1) code per qualified purchase and a limit of two (2) $25 Virtual Prepaid Visa Cards per household, while supplies last.

 

How long do I have to complete the redemption process for the $25 Virtual Prepaid Visa card with the purchase of a Phoenix 4 Plus a $35 or greater airtime card between the dates of 11/17/2019 and 12/28/2019?

Claims must be submitted between 1 and 30 days from date of purchase to redeem your offer.

 

After I’ve submitted my information into the redemption site, what will happen?
After your submission is received, there is a 14-day waiting period to verify the purchase and activation of the Phoenix 4. After the return period has passed and activation has been verified, you will be sent a congratulations/approval email. You must press the ‘Verify Information’ button in this email to confirm your redemption data within 30 days of receiving this email.

If I’m approved, when will my award be sent?
Once you have confirmed the redemption delivery information, your $25 Virtual Prepaid Visa link will be emailed within 7 days.

How will I know if my submission has been approved?
You will know your submission has been approved when you receive an email letting you know that your submission has been approved. 

How will I know if my submission has been denied?
If your submission has been denied, you will receive an email which includes the reason why your submission has been denied.
